Raw Food Diet means that you eat at least 75% raw foods every day.

For example, for breakfast you might drink a smoothie (or eat fruits); for lunch you may have a salad (or raw soup with dehydrated crackers); and for dinner you may have some steamed vegetables, cooked soup, or pretty much anything you fancy (and healthy) (for 75% raw), or raw soup, lasagna or raw wraps (for 100% raw).

These are just examples.

There are lots of raw food recipes out there and are going to be on this website very soon as well.
